If you're aged 16 - 25 and live in England, you can take part in BOOM! through your local youth club.

As a first step, go to the 'Resources & downloads' page on this website and download the free BOOM! Training Toolkit. This will give you an immediate insight into the skills you can learn and put into practice through BOOM! as a volunteer community film-maker. You will also be invited to register for BOOM! as part of the download process.

You can also get involved with your local participating youth club where you'll be able to access hands-on training as well as film-making equipment such as camcorders and film editing hardware and software.

If you're not currently a youth club member or volunteer, contact Becky Hedgcock at Clubs for Young People (at becky.hedgcock@clubsforyoungpeople.org.uk), who will put you in touch with your local affiliated youth club. Clubs for Young People has more than 3,000 affiliated clubs across England.
